- myopia and astigmatism
- presbyopia (long-sighted)
- central vision for distortions or blind spots with Amsler Test
- cataracts, dry eyes, corneal injuries and infection with Slit Lamp Examination
- age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, other retinal disorders and glaucoma by taking a digital photo taken of the back part of the eye for conditions affecting the retina, optic nerve, and blood vessels.

A comprehensive eye report will be provided within 1 week, optional post-screening consultation with optometrist.
