Lead to Renewal: How to Build a Proper Sales Pipeline for Small Business

A strong sales pipeline is built long before the moment of purchase. It starts with visibility, meaningful engagement, consistent nurturing, and a structured approach to turning relationships into long-term business opportunities.

At our recent EGN Business Owners/SME, Singapore Peer Group Meeting, Fraser Morrison, EGN Singapore Chair, led an engaging discussion on how business leaders can build a more structured and sustainable sales pipeline—from generating leads to nurturing relationships and managing opportunities.

1. Engage before the need. Build relationships and visibility before customers are ready to buy, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations when the need arises.
