A playground where everyone belongs. 💚

We're proud to have been part of the journey in bringing the new Magical Bridge Playground at Sun Plaza Park to life.

Designed for children and families of all ages and abilities, the playground features four play zones, wheelchair-accessible play equipment, barrier-free routes, sensory experiences, and Singapore's first wheelchair-accessible slide. The space was thoughtfully created to ensure that more people can experience the joy of play together.

Children aged 2–12 years old are invited to colour and create their very own playground world using real playground outline sheets.

Semec Enterprise Pte Ltd is glad to have contributed to the early industry conversations behind HDB’s new Play Values Framework.

We were pleased to attend HDB’s Appreciation Lunch for Playground Specialists, which recognised the collective input of industry partners in developing more thoughtful play spaces for Singapore’s neighbourhoods.

To us, a good playground is not only about equipment selection. It is about creating meaningful play environments where children can grow through interactions, imagination, and a sense of community. This reflects the new framework’s emphasis on physical, social, and creative play, reinforcing how thoughtfully designed play spaces can support children’s growth, spark imagination, and encourage active play within our communities.

A big thank you to HDB and Senior Minister of State Ms Xueling for recognising the playground specialist community. Our appreciation also goes to Derek, Xin Yu, and Leonard from the HDB team for coordinating the session.

We look forward to supporting the next chapter of public play spaces in Singapore.
