Take a peek inside our lab! While the bulk of harvest happens out in the vineyard and on the crush pad, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes in the cellar, too.

Our lab tech is busy running samples, tracking numbers, and conducting tests that help our winemaking team determine when the grapes are ready to be brought in.

Veraison is here! If you're out wandering the vineyard, you'll see some grapes beginning to change color, indicating that the acidity decreases while sugar levels increase. We are only a few weeks from Harvest 2026! 🍇

What a night! Thank you to everyone who attended the Southern Roots Supper Series on Friday, from the deviled egg hors d’oeuvre to St. Louis pork ribs and the hand cherry pie, it was an ode to some of the dishes we love best.
