We upgraded our material handling process with a new roll-off container system, cutting container handling by 96% and reducing employee touchpoints by 33%. The change also freed up ~1,600 sq. ft. of space, improved transportation safety, and lowered disposal costs by 34%.

We had the chance to attend a recent conversation on negotiation—one of those leadership skills that shows up every day, from advocating for your ideas and setting boundaries to navigating conflict and shaping your career path.

Thank you to the Greater Akron Chamber for bringing together a panel of incredible female leaders and creating space for this discussion.

One of the best parts for our team was the conversation it sparked afterward. Stepping away from the day-to-day gave the four of us a chance to connect, reflect on our own experiences, and talk through how we show up in both high-stakes and everyday moments.

At our Akron, OH facility, we’re putting circularity into action every single day ♻️

Each day, we divert over 100,000 pounds of material and convert it into 300 barrels of circular oil—helping keep valuable resources in use and out of landfills.
