Winemaking is a science. Sometimes our projects have... surprising results.

We’ve noticed an unexpected, sudden, and significant amount of fizziness in our recent cranberry w**e batch as a result of a “second fermentation”. Where the w**e is completely safe to drink, and actually rather delightful with a bit of fizz, we are concerned that some bottles may find themselves unintentionally uncorked within your homes. If you or someone you know has purchased one of our cranberry w**es within the past two months, we would encourage you to enjoy them sooner rather than later in order to circumvent any surprise messes, and in the meantime treat the w**e with the same care as ch*****ne. Otherwise, if you are uncomfortable with the product in your home, you may return your bottle to us for a refund, no questions asked.

Our next batch of cranberry w**e will be ready by early December and we’re confident that our science will be much more sound with this one. For more information or clarity on the matter, please feel free to reach out to us - events@prairiemoonw**ery.com
