Congratulations to Radnor Township for breaking ground today on long planned improvements to Radnor Community Park!!! Thank you to Andrew Brenner for helping to reinvest $160,000 of state grant funds into this great local project! Thank you to Cameron James, Donna Marston Meyer, and Dan Boysel for your dedication in getting additional donations, making sure this initial phase of the project used no local tax dollars.

We are currently assisting Radnor Township Trustees with identifying grant opportunities to help support improvements to the Radnor Township Park (prior school site). If you are interested in the project or want to know how you can assist, come out this Thursday evening for our planning workshop.

We are excited to see one of conservation subdivision design projects advancing through the approval process in Harlem Township, Delaware County; preserving nearly 40 acres of land in prairie, wetlands and woodlands. If you are looking for a new home site surrounded by nature preserves, stay tuned for this great project to break ground in the coming months.

Last month, a Conservation Subdivision in Harlem Township received Preliminary approval.
