Structure 2 Scale is hiring an Account Manager to own the end-to-end operational ex*****on of assigned private and government-funded training programs.
This is a high-ownership role for a proactive professional who brings structure, proactive communication, and relentless follow-through to multi-stakeholder projects.

๐ข Have 3+ years of proven experience in project management, account management, or operations
๐ข Own training accounts from initial confirmation through completion, managing timelines, logistics, contracts, and schedules without letting details slip
๐ข Communicate with assertive professionalism, comfortably setting clear deadlines and following up repeatedly with external funders, hosts, and trainers
๐ข Bring meticulous attention to detail when tracking participant rosters, setup workflows, budget details, and project boards in Asana
๐ข Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills when leading stakeholder meetings and writing executive summary emails
๐ข Navigate technology platforms with ease, managing systems across registration, automation, calendar, and CRM workflows independently
Experience in the mental health or education training space and familiarity with tools like Keap, Zapier, or Formsite is a strong advantage.
