📍 Location: Santa Rosa, San Rafael, Windsor, CA (Nearby candidates preferred)
Our company is looking for an organized and reliable Operations / Project Coordinator to support our growing janitorial government and commercial projects across California.
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage multiple janitorial projects
✅ Coordinate with field employees and supervisors
✅ Conduct site visits when required
✅ Schedule staff and assist with onboarding / Payroll
✅ Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality
✅ Travel to project locations across California as needed
Requirements:
✔ Previous janitorial project management experience is required
✔ Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
✔ Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and travel when needed
Job Details:
💼 1099 Independent Contractor
🕒 Part-Time: 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday)
📈 Opportunity to increase to 8 hours/day based on business needs
💰 $25/hour + Mileage/Gas Reimbursement
