Another big transformation in the books!
We started this project by cutting out and preparing the base for a 1,600-square-foot driveway extension, giving these homeowners plenty of additional parking space for when family and friends come into town, as well as room for trailers and other equipment. No more worrying about running out of parking or parking in the yard!
We also widened the driveway skirt where it meets the road, making it much easier for larger trucks and trailers to pull in and out without dropping off the edge of the driveway. Sometimes it's the little details like this that make a huge difference in how functional a property is day to day.
We cut down and regraded the landscape bed areas, installed creek rock, and created a dedicated trash can pad along with a Greenscapes bed that will be ready for future planting and landscaping. We also took the front hillside and blended it into a smooth, mowable 3:1 slope, making the property easier to maintain while giving everything a much cleaner and more finished appearance.
To finish up the drainage improvements, we re-dug the front ditch to restore proper water flow and allow runoff to drain efficiently toward the creek.
This project was all about improving functionality, drainage, accessibility, and curb appeal while setting the property up for future improvements. From extra parking and easier trailer access to proper grading and drainage, every part of this project was designed to make the property work better for the homeowners now and for years to come.
