Behind the scenes look at construction in Delafield, WI. It's starting to look like a place you could work!

• Finishes are underway - Paint, carpet, tile, and doors are coming together across the space.

• Common areas are taking shape - Kitchen countertops and shared spaces are nearly complete.

• Next up: bringing it to life - Furniture, appliances, artwork, and custom lighting will be installed over the next few weeks.

Blair brings over seven years of experience from Village Green, where she built her reputation around strong client relationships, elevated experiences, and meaningful connections. She’s a Penn State graduate with a degree in Hospitality Management and a passion for creating environments where people feel supported, connected, and inspired to grow.

When she’s not at Irontek Delafield, you’ll find her on the golf course, trying new restaurants, or spending summers with her family at their cottage in northern Michigan.
