Meet Terra Blanca Executive Chef - Raymond Torres! Chef Ray brings over 2 decades of culinary experience and passion to Terra Blanca. Originally from El Paso Texas where he once served as a culinary instructor at the Culinary Institute at Southwest University, his culinary journey has taken him across many kitchens, regions, and leadership roles.
When he’s not in the kitchen, Raymond is most proud of being a father of five and a grandfather!
Drawing from his Texas roots, PNW ingredients, and diverse culinary background, he is focused on building a dining experience that reflects the beauty of the vineyard, the wines, and the community that surrounds it.
