🔐 OCTOBER IS CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS MONTH

At Cobra Shield Security, we know that security goes beyond protecting buildings and physical property. In today’s world, protecting your information, technology, employees, and customers is just as important.

Cybercriminals often take advantage of simple mistakes. During Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we encourage businesses and individuals to stay alert and watch for:

• Phishing emails and text messages
• Suspicious links and attachments
• Fake invoices and payment requests
• Password-reset or login notifications you did not request
• Unusual activity on your accounts
• Weak or reused passwords
• Unsecured Wi-Fi networks
• Outdated software and devices
• Individuals requesting sensitive information without proper verification

Before clicking a link, opening an attachment, sending money, or providing sensitive information, STOP and VERIFY.

A strong security program combines physical security, technology, employee awareness, and good communication.

At Cobra Shield Security, our goal is to help businesses identify vulnerabilities, strengthen their security practices, and create safer environments for their employees, customers, residents, and property.

Stay alert. Stay informed. Stay secure.

Cobra Shield Security
Protecting People. Protecting Property. Protecting What Matters.
