🟡 increase communication
🟡 tighten accountability
But underneath it all… nothing changes.
Because the real issue isn’t effort, it’s emotional over-responsibility at the top.
When one person quietly carries:
🔴team morale
🔴clarity
🔴energy
🔴alignment
The system looks functional… until it doesn’t.
Culture doesn’t break loudly.
It erodes quietly through exhaustion.
