And have y’all noticed how much the wine scene in BOERNE has grown?! It feels like just a few years ago we had hardly any places in town to go wine tasting, and now we have a whole little wine scene of our own.

We finally did it! We were able to open our doors, welcome you in and share our wines with you! Thank you to everyone who came, and made our first days feel so special. I wish I had some pictures to share but it was all hands on deck :)

Thank you for the kindness and understanding you have shown us after we had to postpone our opening last week.

While Chris is slowly starting to feel better, he will be undergoing additional tests and procedures tomorrow. Therefore, we will not be able to open the tasting room this weekend.

We are truly grateful for your patience and support as we navigate these next steps.

🔴 SOFT OPENING POSTPONED

Dear Boerne and wine community,

Our soft opening, which was planned for today, is being postponed. Chris fell ill over the last 48 hours and while we expect (and pray for) a full recovery, we simply cannot open our doors without both of us present and well.

We know many of you were looking forward to joining us, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and last-minute change. Your excitement and support over these past months have meant more than we can say.

We will share updates and a new soft opening date as soon as we are able.

In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued encouragement. We mean it when we say we can’t wait to welcome you. And we will. On God’s time.

✨ We’re excited to share that Missick Cellars is ready to open its doors for soft opening this week! ✨

📅 Starting this Friday, we will be open
Fridays & Saturdays | 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

📅 Beginning next week, we will also be available by appointment Monday through Thursday.

In September, we plan to expand our regular hours to include Thursdays (11–6) and Sunday afternoons (1–5).

🍷 Come taste our award-winning Texas wines, explore the general store corner, let the kids enjoy the playground (under your watchful supervision), and take a few bottles home to share with family and friends!

We can’t wait to share a glass with you. See you soon at the tasting room!
