After 42 years of dedication, craftsmanship, and friendship, we want to congratulate Wayne on his retirement from our Bonduel location!
Wayne spent his entire career in the paint department, serving as our lead painter for many years and leaving his mark on countless signs, cabinets, and sign faces that have been installed throughout the years. His talent and attention to detail helped bring our customers’ visions to life time and time again.
Many may not know that Wayne’s experience extended beyond Bonduel as well. During his career, he also spent time painting at the Shawano Channel Letter factory, contributing his skills wherever they were needed.
Beyond his work, Wayne has been a great teammate, always easy to talk to, quick with a joke, and someone who made the workday a little brighter for everyone around him.
While we’re celebrating his retirement, we’re happy to say this isn’t a complete goodbye. Wayne plans to stop in and help us out a few days here and there as he eases into retirement.
Thank you, Wayne, for 42 amazing years of hard work, dedication, and friendship. We wish you all the best in this next chapter—you’ve certainly earned it!
