Early career. Real trajectory.

At General Dynamics Mission Systems, we have been investing in early-career talent for more than 50 years, and we built two programs specifically designed to accelerate that investment.

The Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) is a three-year rotational experience that develops the next generation of technical leaders through hands-on learning, real program exposure, and an accelerated path to leadership.

The Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) takes that same commitment and applies it to the manufacturing operations that keep our missions running. Over three years, participants rotate through diverse roles, build technical and leadership skills, and complete a master's degree.

Both programs are built on the same belief: that the best way to develop great leaders is to put great people in the right environment and give them room to grow.

Last week, our President, Chris Brady, took the stage at the Greater Los Angeles Chapter Association of the United States Army Space: Enabling Multi-Domain Operations Symposium as the moderator of a panel including some of the brightest minds shaping the future of space-enabled warfare.

Lieutenant General Richard Zellmann, Deputy Commander of United States Space Command, delivered the Symposium keynote, after which Chris Brady moderated a fireside chat that included Lieutenant General Zellmann; Colonel Alexander Rasmussen, Chief Capability Officer of the Space Development Agency; Mr. Mike Schwartz, Chief Engineer for the Capability Program Executive for Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare at the United States Army; and John Wagner, Vice President of Strategy, Growth and Business Development at Sierra Space. Together, they explored the critical and evolving role that space plays in enabling true multi-domain operations.

At General Dynamics Mission Systems, we believe the technologies we develop today — from resilient communications architectures to advanced command and control systems — are at the center of what makes multi-domain operations not just possible, but decisive. We are proud to stand alongside partners who share our sense of purpose and our dedication to the warfighter.

To everyone who participated, presented, and attended — thank you for your service, your vision, and your continued partnership.
