What the 2025? How is it Dec 31?
It’s been a year of lessons, breakthroughs, challenges, patience, fun, discovery and everything in between.
I’m grateful for everyone that came in, everyone that went out and everything that made this year what it was.
My word for 2026 is opportunity: that’s what it will bring. I can’t wait.

I didn’t start as a coach.
I started as someone trying to figure it out the hard way.

I’ve built businesses. I’ve lost one. I’ve partnered right. I’ve partnered wrong. I’ve rebuilt from scratch more than once. Somewhere in between, I learned that most entrepreneurs aren’t struggling because they’re lazy or incapable.

They’re struggling because no one ever taught them how to actually run a business.

No systems.
No long-term plan.
Just reacting, grinding, and hoping the next year looks different.

Today, I coach business owners and sales leaders who want structure, clarity, and a business that supports their life instead of consuming it. I care about numbers, yes — but I care more about sustainability, leadership, and building something that still works 10 years from now.

I’m also a husband, a dad of twins, and someone who believes the human side of business matters just as much as strategy.
