We had an absolute blast spending the day with the students at Nelsonville-York School's Summer Academy!

Alongside our friends from Snowville Creamery, we introduced students to a few fresh flavors, including a homemade buttermilk ranch dressing and a refreshing tzatziki cucumber salad, both made with dairy from local Snowville Creamery. The best part? Hearing directly from the students and gathering their feedback to help shape recipes they’ll actually enjoy.

At Pisanick Partners, we believe student voice is one of the most important ingredients in creating successful school meals. Thank you to Nelsonville-York for the invitation and to all of the students who were willing to taste, learn, and share their opinions!

Some experiences plant seeds that last a lifetime. 🌱
We were beyond honored to be part of the Columbus City Schools Ag Celebration Days alongside our incredible partners at Mid-Ohio Farm. Over two days, more than 1,700 students got to connect with agriculture, food systems, and the journey from farm to plate, hands-on, eyes wide open, and full of curiosity.
This is what nutrition education looks like at its best. Not just a lesson in a classroom, but a real, living experience that helps young people understand where their food comes from and why it matters.
To every partner, volunteer, and educator who showed up, thank you. Together, we aren't just feeding kids. We're growing the next generation of informed, healthy, and curious eaters. 💚
