⚾️ COACH’S CORNER | ZACH BEATTY

“Never leave that box without getting your best swing off.”

For Coach Zach, it’s about competing with confidence and staying aggressive — whether you’re 4-for-4 or 0-for-4.

Be the same guy through the good and the bad. Stay confident. Stay unbothered. Keep competing.

Confidence is loud. No confidence is louder.

Zach brings that mentality from his playing career into the cage every day with our athletes at 314.

COACHES CORNER: TANNER ABRAM ⚾️🎙️

Have a focus. Compete every rep. Control what you can control. Keep it simple and repeatable.

That’s the approach Coach Tanner brings to everything he does.

Tanner grew up in the Redbirds program himself and has now come full circle, coaching several of our youth Redbirds teams and helping develop the next generation of players. He’s also a Certified Personal Trainer and has recently expanded his role at 314 by offering 1-on-1 personal training for athletes AND parents.

For athletes, Tanner can help build strength, improve movement and develop the physical side of their game. And for parents looking to get stronger, improve fitness or simply get back into a consistent routine, he can build training around your goals too.

And remember — existing 314 training credits can be used for personal training with Tanner.

Swipe through to hear more about Tanner’s approach to coaching. ➡️

COACH’S CORNER 🎙️ | Austin Hartnett

“Do everything with a purpose. The small details matter.”

For Coach Austin, development is about more than just getting reps in — it’s understanding why you’re doing them.

Purpose in the work. Attention to the details. Trust in the process.

That’s how players get better. 👊⚾️
