Sunday night → Monday morning could get interesting. For now, plan a little extra time Monday morning and keep an eye on updates.

Winter weather is expected across much of the region Sunday evening into Monday morning. Forecast details are still not completely clear, but impacts could actually be limited to a smaller area where the heaviest wintry precipitation falls.

Okay, we promise to pause our bragging for a bit, but we couldn’t let the day end without sharing this note.

"For what truly felt like a 'perfect storm'... your entire team did an amazing job."

That is how a client described our response to this weekend's weather. In conditions this tough, communication made all the difference.

They specifically thanked us for the strategic email updates that helped their executives make safety decisions. They also credited Ian for his rapid response, the detailed update he provided during a follow-up call, and his great proactive suggestions.

I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU! You guys always do such a good job. It's challenging to manage a property that large from 7 hours away, but I don't worry when we have these snow events because I never get any complaints from tenants. On the contrary, they are always quick to tell me what a great job you do.
