Our 5 minute presenter, Sharon Barba Gialo, spoke about how AI is changing her industry of social media.

Our 10 minute presenter, Joseph Gillespie, gave us a great lesson on Solar energy and how it can help cut the cost of your electric bill.

Yesterday we had 3 great presentations.

Mike Mascolo educated us on why it is important to network and be involved with your community.

Ed Kelleher educated us on why it is important to make sure that your digital assets are included in your will. Create a digital inventory and name a person who can have access to your accounts.

Mayra Jp spoke about her team of ladies and how she learned to make sure they were balancing work and home.

What a powerful way to start a Tuesday morning at BNI đź‘Ź

We had the opportunity to hear from Fred Landwehr of Landwehr & Spaho CPAs, who broke down the difference between leadership and coaching. Leadership is about setting direction and mobilizing people toward shared goals, while coaching focuses on developing individuals to improve their performance, insight, and capabilities.

Mayra Jaramillo from Mayra’s Cleaning Services gave us a great look into her process. Sharing the tools, supplies, and thoughtful touches her team uses, and how they tailor every service to fit each household’s unique needs.

And Ed Kelleher from Kelleher Legal Team made the most of his 5 minutes by reintroducing himself to new members and reinforcing the value he brings to the group.

This morning we were educated by Ed Kelleher, Fred Landwehr, and James Higgins.
It was an inspirational morning!
James A. Higgins talked about tips for time management. He is one of the busiest persons I know and he keeps in all color coded in his calendar. He talked about building a successful team. He uses 90-day reviews, no numbers, and plenty of incentives.

Frederick Landwehr presented the different retirement plans and the tax implications.

Ed Kelleher educated us on be prepared with your wills and probate.

We kicked things off with Daniela showing us how to invite friends to our FB page — thank you for the tips.

James jumped in with an impromptu market update. Many industries, including mortgages, felt a slow first quarter, but things are finally picking up again. Rates are shifting too, so it’s an important time to stay informed.

We wrapped with Mike from Mascolo Overhead Doors, who walked us through the step‑by‑step process of installing epoxy flooring in your garage. Always something new to learn with this group.

Today's meeting started off with Jeopardy! Our social media manager, Sharon Barba Gialo, quizzed the chapter on different social media types, platforms, tools, and content.

Linda Robinson McCaffrey followed up by explaining why she is different from most realtors. She has been in the industry for over 30 years and is a certified residential broker. Her focus is on pricing, marketing, and negotiating. Her hidden asset is the BNI family she surrounds herself with as resources.
