⁉️Asylum သစ်တွေထပ်တင်လို့ရလား?ဆိုရင်
ရပါတယ်။ ဒီ memo ကတောင်မှ လျှောက်လွှာတင်တာကို မတားခဲ့ပါဘူး၊ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ချတာကိုသာ ရပ်ထားခဲ့တာပါ။ ဒါ့အပြင် immigration court မှာ စစ်ဆေးနေတဲ့ အမှုတွေက USCIS ရဲ့ hold အောက်မှာ မပါခဲ့လို့ တရားသူကြီးတွေက asylum ဆက်ပေးနိုင်ခဲ့ပါ

⁉️အောင်ပြီးသားသူတွေအပေါ် သက်ရောက်မှုကရော?
မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက PP 10949 စာရင်းထဲမှာ ပါတဲ့အတွက် memo ရဲ့ အချက် ၃ (၂၀၂၁ ဇန်နဝါရီ ၂၀ နောက်ပိုင်း ဝင်လာပြီး approve ရပြီးသားသူတွေကို ပြန်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း) က မြန်မာတွေကို တိုက်ရိုက်သက်ဆိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ပြန်စစ်တယ်ဆိုတာ အလိုအလျောက် ရုပ်သိမ်းတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး၊ interview ပြန်ခေါ်နိုင်တာမျိုးပါ။ သတိထားရမှာက တချို့သတင်းရင်းမြစ်အရ အယူခံအမှု ဆက်လက်စစ်ဆေးနေစဉ်အတွင်း USCIS က Comprehensive Re-Review မူဝါဒကို ပြန်လည်ကျင့်သုံးခွင့်ရခဲ့တယ်လို့ ဆိုပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် green card, naturalization စတာတွေ တင်ထားရင် interview ခေါ်ခံရနိုင်တာ ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
