What a great weekend at Taste of Buffalo! ☀️🍴

One of our favorite parts of the weekend was seeing so many familiar faces. We loved stopping by and visiting many of the restaurants we have the privilege of working with every day. It was awesome to see them sharing their amazing food with thousands of people from across the region.

Here's something pretty incredible…

These 12 Taste of Buffalo restaurants alone have helped reduce 10 million pounds of CO₂ emissions in the last year simply by recycling their used cooking oil with Buffalo Biodiesel. That's the equivalent of 10,000 round trip flights from NYC to LA. Or planting 75,000 trees!

It's a great reminder that even small, everyday choices can make a huge impact when we all work together.

To all of our restaurant partners, thank you for partnering with us, supporting renewable energy, and helping make our communities a little greener every day. We couldn't do what we do without you, and we're proud to be part of your team.
