At AEppelTreow (Apple True) we are growing the cidery business the hard way. With trees in the field and family on the bottling line. We make a wide range of styles: sparkling, draft, table, dessert and distilled. Mostly semi-dry. Folks, it’s that time again - we are opening the Tasting Room for the 2026 season. It’s our 25th year! We are switching up a couple of things in our product portfolio - most notably that we’ve retired the Summers End Apple Wine and are introducing Ciderwrights Choice in its place. We hope to change the blend of apples that going into Choice each year. This year it’s La Bret and a mix of late-picked russeted varieties.

Friends, I'm saddened to share with you that our long time friend, fan, and pourer, Michelle 'Mickie' passed away yesterday. Please raise a glass with us (maybe even of something she sold you) in her memory.

It looks to be -that- kind of fall day again. Good thing that we have products improved by a few drops of water.

Mickie V will be at the dispensary from 12-5 passing out smiles and warmth.

And Heads Up, we are running low on Appely Brut and Apple Brandy.

We are introducing a new semi-sweet apples wine while Summers End takes a rest. Hopefully it’s the first of a series, where our Ciderwright plays with the apples in the orchard.

This year, the Choice is a blend of La Bret, and all of the late hanging russets.
