There is no perfect executive because no one can excel at all the functions an organization needs: producing results, administering processes, driving change, and integrating people. Each person has a dominant style - P, A, E, or I - and, by nature, also has weaknesses.
That is why true leadership is not about seeking or pretending to be perfect, but about surrounding yourself with people who complement your strengths and cover your less developed areas. A complementary team is like a puzzle: each piece is different, but together they form a complete and strong picture.
“Perfection is not in the individual, but in the team.”
