🏗️ BEHRCO SERVICES LLC
Building Opportunities. Developing Communities. Creating Legacies.
Every great business begins with a vision. Mine is about more than construction and real estate. It's about creating opportunities that change lives and strengthen communities.
At Behrco Services LLC, our long-term vision is to build an integrated enterprise focused on three core areas:
🏗️ Construction Academy — Providing skilled trades education and career pathways for veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, and people seeking a second chance.
🔨 Construction & On-the-Job Training — Connecting education with real-world experience, paid employment, and opportunities for career advancement.
🏢 Real Estate Development — Acquiring land, developing residential communities, and building long-term assets that support sustainable growth.
Our goal is to create a system where people can learn valuable skills, secure meaningful employment, achieve financial independence, and build a better future.
We're currently developing the business strategy, exploring funding opportunities, and establishing the foundation for future growth.
This isn't just about building properties. It's about building people, strengthening families, and creating something that will outlast us.
The vision is on paper. The mission is clear. Now comes the work of turning it into reality.
