Urgent Listen Up

10/27/2026

As your Lee County Realtor I am asking you for a NO vote on Lee County Charter Amendment Referendum. They are using sneaky language and most residents won’t understand what it will do. By changing our county charter from an all district to a single district voting system! This means if you own multiple properties across Lee county you will only be able to vote for the district of your primary residence. Let’s not lose our voice! Please watch, listen and Vote No!

This picture was taken at our Annual Membership Election meeting where I was honored to accept the responsibility of following many leaders in front of me and continue to pave the path for all the leaders behind me. Preparing for 2027 is a lot, budgets, calendars, events, oh and ask for sponsors and strategic partners. I have some exciting things planned to commit our members and our Strategic Partners in deepening our working relationships and serving our Clients / Customers at the highest professional level. Think of it like BNI meets Women's council. Great Things ahead. #2027

📣 PSA 📣 🚨Scam Alert 🚨

Yes, this is a 100% fake robocall scam. If you received a voicemail claiming that your account is about to be charged around $1,000 for a [Google Pixel Pro](https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=FAILED_OR_SKIPPED) (or an iPhone), do not call them back and do not press any buttons. [1, 2, 3, 4]
This tactic is known as a false payment or refund scam. [5, 6]
# # How the Scam Works

* The Bait: You receive an automated or robotic voicemail stating: "This call is to authorize the payment of $999 for the recent order of a [Pixel Pro](https://www.google.com/search?kgmid=FAILED_OR_SKIPPED) on your account. If you did not authorize this, press 1 to speak to a representative." [1, 3]
* The Panic: The scammers use a large dollar amount ($1,000) to scare you into reacting quickly without thinking. [2]
* The Trap: If you press 1 or call the number back, a fake agent will pretend to help you cancel the order. They will then ask for your credit card details, bank log-ins, or verification codes to "confirm your identity" or "issue a refund." [1, 2, 7]

# # 3 Steps to Stay Safe

1. Check your accounts independently: Log directly into your actual bank app, credit card portal, or shopping account (like Amazon or Google Store). You will see that no such transaction exists.
2. Do not trust caller ID: Scammers can easily spoof numbers to make it look like a legitimate company or bank is calling you.
3. Block and delete: Delete the voicemail and block the number.

Use Scam Detection to get notified about potential scam calls as they happen. This feature works on your device. Who can use Scam Detection Important: Scam Detection only works on Google Pixel d
