Two weeks after SLEC, one thing continues to stand out: senior living organizations aren’t facing a leadership readiness crisis - they’re asking leaders to navigate unprecedented complexity without the support and tools they need.

This week, HRD* had the privilege of celebrating the graduation of the third Sodexo cohort to complete The Leadership Challenge® program.

Facilitated by our VP of Learning & Development, Dr. Ali Atkison, the session was held at Sodexo Headquarters and brought together leaders from across the country who were flown in to celebrate their development journey together.

Organizations like Sodexo remind us what’s possible when companies truly invest in their leaders. Their commitment to developing people and strengthening leadership capabilities continues to set the standard.
