Three different mounting systems. One run of glass.

Z clips at the post. Back to base shoe. Standoffs across all the
beams on the back of the fireplace. Base shoe again. Then standoffs
around the corner and back to the house.

Massive project. Every single piece went in perfect.

We laid out exactly where the standoffs go, so the installers
weren't guessing on the ladder.

Pete French at has been with me since almost the beginning. Ten-plus years. One of my first customers, and one of the good ones.

Here's the part I like about this: L&L has their own templating software and their own equipment. Pete's been in glass for twenty years and has templated a shop's worth of railings himself. He doesn't need me.

He calls anyway.

Today it was a bent piece of glass — brutal to measure, and it didn't fit on install. I drove out, verified the measurements, went back to the shop and checked the arc and the radius. Everything checked out. It's a post that has to move.

That's the service. Show up, find the answer, keep the customer happy so the relationship holds.

Seven-inch panels that still hit code. That's the Palmer pool railing — odd shapes, integrated handrail, capstones all over the place. The 3D model got homeowner and designer sign-off before a single spigot hole was drilled. Cost is different than value. Accuracy has no limits.

Round two from the Eudora stair. Half-inch clear tempered on adjustable standoffs — set on treads that were replaced for code and came back every size but matching. We scanned it and marked every standoff location before install day, so @ could just set glass. If your treads don't match, your template shouldn't guess. Accuracy has no limits.
