Same Arizona mirror ceiling — here's what it looks like once we've got our hands on it. Every pe*******on located, all 13 panels mapped out, each one drawn to a DXF the shop can cut straight from.

That's 28 openings that have to line up perfectly on a polished mirror finish. Masonite couldn't do it. The model could.

How many times have you templated a job, ordered the glass, and something changed before install?

Every time we template, our system logs a picture of every single point we shoot. Verify it on site or back in the office — every point's right there.

Go back to that job a month later, after the glass is ordered, and you can prove that stop is in the exact same place — or catch what moved before it costs you. That's how we keep projects running smooth.

Got a project where nothing can move? Give us a call.

And remember — accuracy has no limits.

Cool one here — a shower built out in glass. Glass walls, a partition to the toilet area, another partition to the rest of the bathroom, plus two glass doors.

A lot of moving pieces that all have to play nice. We modeled the whole thing first so we knew everything was gonna fit before anybody cut a piece of glass.

Four-hour drive to look at 11 trapezoids that "didn't fit." 🚗

Customer wanted a refund. We don't refund off a phone call — we verify. Rescanned it, overlaid our DXF, checked it with crossline lasers, levels, and a tape. Nothing moved. I'd have cut those panels the exact same.

Not on us this time. But if it had been? We buy every panel. That's the guarantee.

Glazers — one thing before your next head scratcher: make sure your fabricator can cut off a DXF. On complex shapes, a PDF alone doesn't always have everything fab needs. The DXF is the real geometry.

Accuracy has no limits.

Here's where those 100-plus standoffs lived — a monumental steel stair, holes already drilled in the stringers. No second chances.

We templated every point off the steel so the glass and the standoffs land exactly where they're supposed to. This is the stuff you don't want to eyeball.

Got a stair that scares your estimator? That's our favorite kind of call.

Three decks on one mountain home, all running Häfele sliding doors and stationary panels. Sounds straightforward. It wasn't.

We located the high and low points and figured the exact shim for every track — then found the floor a full 3/4 of an inch out of level. With the door sitting only 1/2 inch into the recess track, that's the kind of miss that eats an entire install.

So we redesigned the tracks and the doors to make it all fit and actually function — open, close, the works.

Got called to Arizona for a mirrored ceiling that looks like Swiss cheese — 28 pe*******ons across 13 panels.

They'd already tried masonite templates. Seams bowing, nothing lining up. On polished mirror with 1/16 of an inch of tolerance, that's a long day with nothing to show for it.

We measured every opening from the ground instead of hanging off a ladder templating upside down. Safer — and dead nuts.

Got a head scratcher on the ceiling? Give us a call.

And remember — accuracy has no limits.

Clean lines, dead-nuts fit — railings that look like this don't happen by accident.

Your engineers can design anything. We hand them the one thing drawings never have: the true as-built conditions, scanned and handed back so the finished product fits the first time.

Got railings on the board? Give us a call — we'd love to help.

Over 100 standoff holes on one job. That's 100 chances to be wrong — and every miss is an expensive piece of glass.

You don't guess on a count like that. We shoot every hole dead nuts so the glass drops in the first time, every time.

Got a job stacking up standoffs like this? Give us a call — we'd love to help.

Stone World in the granite days. Glass Magazine last year for the digital templating piece. And the Michael Godard painting I tried to trade a granite kitchen for on Craigslist twenty years ago — finally got one off a gallery wall.
Long road. Good stops along the way.
