Konnections Certification and Foundation is now a Certified Neurodiverse Workplace (CNW) with International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards "IBCCES". Over 80% of the staff completed specialized training to earn the certification. New efforts—like inclusive workshops, sensory-aware events, and flexible participation—are helping everyone thrive. Konnections is also fostering mentorship, thoughtful onboarding, and everyday accommodations that make inclusion real. Congrats to the Konnections team!
