If there were an award for “Most Likely to Steal Your Heart in 0.5 Seconds,” Tobin would win it - paws down. This amazingly sweet boy may be a little shy at first, but give him a moment to warm up and you’ll unlock the ultimate jackpot: a playful, snuggly, loyal best friend for life. Every single member of the foster family has fallen head-over-heels for him, and it’s not hard to see why.

Tobin is a professional cuddle connoisseur. Head scratches? Yes, please. Cozy naps in sunny spots? Absolutely. Being near his favorite humans? That’s his love language. He’s also the perfect co-pilot - he loves car rides - and he makes walks a dream because he does fantastic on a leash. Adventure buddy status: secured.

Brains and charm? He’s got both. Tobin already knows sit, lay down, roll over, and shake like a total show-off, and he’s a quick learner who’s always ready to add more tricks to his resume - especially when treats are part of the deal. He’s the kind of smart, eager-to-please pup who makes you look like a world-class dog trainer.

When the day winds down, Tobin’s ideal sleeping arrangement is a warm human bed (and yes, he snores - but it just adds to his character). He can kennel when needed, but let’s be honest, he’d much rather be your little spoon.

He’s also a social star. Tobin and his foster sibling hit it off almost immediately and were playing in no time. He truly enjoys canine companionship and does especially well having a dog friend around when home alone.

In short? Tobin is the full package: sweet, smart, snuggly, playful, well-mannered, and ridiculously lovable. The only thing he’s missing is a forever family to adore him as much as he deserves.

Our Pet Partners spotlight of the week brought to you by Cedar Valley Humane Society and Classic KMRY

Grayson came to us as a stray, and it’s clear life hadn’t been especially kind to him before that. We've been getting to know him day by day and thus far have learned he’s silly, expressive, and has the impeccable comedic timing of a dog who knows exactly how to make people laugh!

If you’ve ever lived with a bulldog, you already know being ignored is practically part of the breed standard. Grayson holds true to that as a personality trait. He does respond well with consistency, patience, and (most importantly) snacks. Someone who understands his past of not knowing where his next meal is coming from. As such, we recommend boundaries due to some meal time hoarding.

If you're someone who appreciates a dog with quirks, character, and personality but also enjoy going for walks with a loyal companion, this may just be your guy! He looks forward to stealing your spot on the couch, watching TV with you, and being close to his person. His love language is food… heavy emphasis on the food.

Grayson is mostly house-trained, though like many dogs coming from a shelter life, he’ll benefit from a refresher once he settles into a new home and learns the routine. Grayson will surely become your shadow, following you from room to room, happily working for treats.

If you like ‘em chunky, charming, and confident, you’re about to meet your match. Moto Moto rolled into our care as a stray and we believe he is about 5 years old. Short, stout, and built like a tank made of mashed potatoes, this round guy is impossible not to smile at!

The constant kennel life @ the shelter is not a vibe for Moto. It stresses him out and makes it hard for him to show off his true personality. But bring him into an office or a quiet room, and he transforms into a chilled-out sidekick who loves hanging nearby and supervising your Zoom calls. He’s an excellent work-from-home companion—just don’t expect him to type; his paws are… not built for it.

Moto Moto is very much a “humans only” kind of guy. Other dogs? No thanks. Cats? Hard pass. Young kids? A little too exciting for him. He’s looking for a calm, committed home with adults or teens who get that he’s a one-and-only king.

He does great with both men and women, he’s an all in kind of guy—loyal, goofy, and ready to waddle his way right into your heart. Although being in a kennel during his shelter stay is not his favorite, he does crate nicely when it's time to clean for the day.

If you’ve got a soft spot for a solid-bodied sweetheart with a big personality, & Moto sounds like he might be a match, swing by and meet him today! He may not run fast, but he’ll race to win you over! He's all about the good life and hopes you are too: belly rubs, baths, and majestic leash walks where he shows off his glorious waddle.

Zeus is a handsome 1-year-old Doberman with a big heart and a zest for life. He came to us because his previous family had to move.
He is well-mannered and smart and he knows it!

He knows sit, wait, down, and even shake with both paws. He’s a playful guy who loves toys, playing fetch, and spending time outside, whether it’s going for long walks, running, or soaking up the sun. He’s affectionate too, and cuddles are high on his list of favorite things.

Full disclosure: Zeus is not a fan of pools. He had a little accident as a puppy and now politely declines any water adventures. Other than that, he’s easygoing and gets along with everyone he meets.

Zeus is looking for a family ready to share love, playtime, and plenty of adventures with a loyal, affectionate, and fun Doberman by their side.

Jude is a 4-year-old Husky with a heart full of hustle and a soul made for winter. If you've been dreaming of a dog who actually gets excited when the weather app screams "WINTER STORM WARNING," this is your guy.

He's smart as a whip! He knows sit, come, potty, and shake, he loves to put that big Husky brain to work. Toss him into a backyard full of kids and fresh snow, and he becomes a living snow angel factory. This dog thrives on activity, adventure, and being part of the team.

He isn't your "watch TV for six hours straight" type. He's your "let's go do something" dog: walk, hike, run, play, repeat. Afterward though, this hardworking boy wants to curl up beside you and sleep like he earned his paycheck. For grooming, if you show him a shower he'll politely decline your invitation, but bring out a brush or nail trimmers and he's suddenly the picture of cooperation

Jude's only real nemesis in this world is the mop-and-broom duo. They make him nervous for reasons known only to him. While you clean, he'll happily step aside and wait for the "weird swishy monsters" to finish their business.

If your days involve fresh air, activity, laughter, and a little bit of Husky chaos, Jude is ready to write that story with you.

Coco is a dog who is slowly showing us how sweet she is, with a chocolate coat to match! She's got an unknown history, so for now her story is still being written. She arrived at the shelter a little shy, but is now very excited to meet everyone!

She's a kennel superstar and shows curiosity about other dogs, displaying friendly, positive body language though she hasn't yet had one-on-one time to make new friends. Coco is still adjusting to shelter life after being left behind in a home with several cats, and she's looking for a patient adopter who can help her continue to grow in confidence.

Our Pet Partners Spotlight this week.... Brought to you by Pets Playhouse, The Cedar Valley Humane Society and Classic KMRY

This gentle brown tabby is as sweet as they come, just a little shy about showing it at first. She can get overwhelmed by loud noises and chaos, so she’s decided that indoor life is definitely her vibe, soft beds, gentle voices, and a good cat tree.

Once she feels safe, Nugget turns into a quiet lovebug. She’ll press her head into your hand, start her soft motor-purr, and look at you like you just hung the moon.

She’s looking for a calm, cozy home where she can keep perfecting her art of lap-melting and quiet companionship.
