Trajectory Changing Solutions (TCS) is a consulting firm specializing in violence prevention and reduction strategies and capacity building, designed to comprehensively create safer communities, locally and globally. Founded and led by Norman Livingston Kerr, MSW, an international expert in addressing violence and trauma, and promoting community wellness in various contexts for 30 years. The TCS t

eam is made up of skilled professionals in the field who are primed and ready to assist local governments and community partners. At TCS, we believe in the power of comprehensive training and technical assistance to mitigate the root causes of violence and foster safer environments for all residents. Our multidisciplinary team of experts has extensive experience in community engagement, conflict resolution, youth intervention, law enforcement practices, policy development, victim services, and case management.
