This Pride Month, we’re celebrating joy, allyship and identity 🌈

“Pride has always been a source of joy for me as a time to celebrate, connect, and be fully present in community,” shares Cullen McWhite.

Most healthcare leaders agree AI is no longer optional. The question now is whether your organization is built to sustain it.

Nagesh Badarla, Managing Director, Digital & AI, shares why this moment is different, and why organizations that treat AI as foundational infrastructure, not a series of experiments, are the ones pulling ahead.

AI is one of the topics taking center stage at What's Right in Health Care® 2026. At the conference, we'll go deeper into the opportunities, the hard decisions, and what it actually takes to move from pressure to progress.

If AI is on your agenda for 2026 and beyond, these are the conversations you'll want to be in the room for.

Sometimes it’s the small moments that make the biggest impact. 🌈

Peter Haas, Managing Director on our Clinical Enterprise team, shared how a local Pride celebration on Long Island made a big impact on him. Seeing a tight-knit community come together to celebrate, connect, and support one another. “It gave people the opportunity to show up as their authentic selves, whether they’ve been celebrating for years or it’s something new,” Peter said.

At Huron, that same sense of connection shows up through our Pride employee resource group, creating space for people to build relationships, share perspectives, and feel a true sense of belonging. When people feel comfortable being their authentic selves, it leads to stronger relationships, both within our teams and with our clients.

06/03/2026

Healthcare organizations are under increasing pressure to manage demand, capacity, and patient flow, often without real-time visibility across the system. In fact, only 17% of healthcare executives report having a unified, real-time view of data across teams and departments.

Intelligent care offers a different approach. By digitally aligning people, processes, and technology, organizations can move from reactive coordination to real-time, proactive care delivery.

The impact is clear. Improved patient flow, shorter lengths of stay, and more capacity without additional capital investment.

Better visibility leads to better decisions and better outcomes. Learn more: https://www.huronconsultinggroup.com/en/insights/unlocking-capacity-intelligent-care
