Why replace a part when you may be able to improve it?

Our reconditioning services do more than return equipment to service. Our mechanical and metallurgical engineers evaluate each component for opportunities to improve design, materials, and durability. We service crane wheel assemblies, gearing, gearboxes, couplings, roll products, rope drums, and lifting equipment, including competitor components. Every evaluation comes with a detailed inspection report and firm reconditioning quote, so you know what to expect before moving forward.

How many times can you reharden a forged roll before you need to replace it?

Our experts can evaluate your rolls and help you decide when rehardening and remanufacturing is necessary.

We’ve manufactured forged and specialty rolling mill rolls for over 70 years—we don't just sell new ones. We specialize in remaking and rehardening your existing forged rolls, extending performance and reducing replacement costs.

When a new roll is the right solution, our pinch roll line is engineered specifically for hot strip mill downcoiler applications using proprietary steel chemistries and heat-treating methods, minimizing roll pickup. Edger, leveler, and cold mill roll solutions are also available, all built to resist thermal fatigue and firecracking.

We don't just know equipment. We take the time to understand the equipment our customers rely on every day.

There's a difference between supplying parts and building long term industrial partners. Our field teams don’t show up with one size fits all answers. They come with the experience across similar applications, and a working knowledge of how your equipment is used in the field.

Over the years, we’ve supported thousands of components across numerous industries worldwide that include steel mills, ports, and mining operations. From routine inspections to unexpected breakdowns, our teams bring practical and technical insight directly to your facility floor.
