Proudly WBENC certified since 2012!

We're grateful for the relationships, opportunities, and continued support we've found through Women's Business Enterprise National Council - WBENCENC and WBEC ORV.

Fourteen years later, we're still learning, connecting, and growing alongside this incredible community!

14 years and still so grateful for this sisterhood!

Evolution creative solutions has officially renewed our Women's Business Enterprise National Council - WBENC certification!

Since 2012, this network has opened doors for our business and connected me with incredible women who have become friends, mentors, and trusted partners.

Through Women's Business Enterprise Council Ohio River Valley, I've found a community that continues to support, challenge, and encourage one another.

Certification opened the door. The relationships made the difference.

Here's to another year of learning, connecting, and growing together!

People of EVO | Tony Smith

Keeping things moving, one finishing touch at a time.

As Bindery Lead at Evolution creative solutions, Tony helps make sure every project crosses the finish line. From cutting and folding to binding and other finishing details, he keeps jobs on schedule and makes sure the team is focused where they're needed most.

His favorite part of working at EVO? Being surrounded by people who make work fun.

A few fun facts about Tony:
🎸 Born to Run: He's attended more than 20 Bruce Springsteen concerts! His wife has him beat with roughly 75, and she once even traded a Pete Rose bat for tickets.
🐾 The home crew: Tony and his wife share their home with Ella the dog and Mia the cat.
😂 Weekend plans: His favorite weekend activity? Whatever his wife wants to do!

From the finishing details to keeping the team moving, Tony plays an important role in making sure our clients' projects are completed with care and on time.

We're lucky to have him on Team EVO! 💜

A passport usually marks the beginning of a journey. This one helps guide it.

NECCO, Inc. created a passport-inspired booklet to help teens transitioning out of foster care build the skills they need for independent living.

Together, NECCO and Evolution creative solutions transformed that vision into a durable, easy-to-use resource participants can carry, write in, and reference along the way.

Our role went beyond printing. By recommending a slightly larger format and the right paper, we helped create a booklet designed around the people who would actually use it.

We’re proud to support Necco and the incredible work they do to empower young people as they build brighter futures.

Because great print starts with understanding people, not paper.

People ask...
Can you help us figure out what we need? Yes.
Can you handle the whole event? Yes.
Can your man sweep? Yes. 😂
Can you ship to 50 different locations? Yes.
Can you do something you've never done before?
Now you have our attention. 👀

At Evolution creative solutions, our capabilities are only part of the story. It’s the people behind them who ask questions, solve problems, pitch in when needed, and aren’t afraid to figure out something new.

Sometimes that means finding the right solution for a client. Sometimes it means coordinating a project across multiple locations. And sometimes it means grabbing a broom.

Have a question for Team EVO? Ask us. We might just say yes.

This holiday season, we’re inviting our community to join us in giving back. 💜

Evolution creative solutions is proud to support United Way of Greater Cincinnati Adopt-A-Family Program, helping make the holidays a little brighter for local families.

Whether you adopt a family, contribute, or simply help spread the word, every act of generosity can make a difference.

We hope you’ll join us!

You’re probably thinking about 🎃, and we’re posting about 🎄. But making the holiday season brighter for local families starts earlier than you might think!

We’re recruiting volunteer shoppers for our annual Adopt-A-Family program. Signing up now gives volunteers time to shop and our team time to collect and distribute gifts to partner organizations before the holidays.

Many families who receive gifts are in kinship care arrangements, where relatives or other trusted adults step in to care for children when their parents are unable to do so. This way, children can stay stable and connected to people they know and trust while often navigating new responsibilities and unexpected changes.

By participating in Adopt-A-Family, you can help ease the added demands families may face and make the season more joyful.

This might be one of the sweetest projects we’ve gotten to be part of. 🍦

When Messer Construction Co. asked us to help with the Graeter’s sign for this one-of-a-kind playhouse, of course we said yes!

A fun finishing touch, an incredible collaboration, and most importantly, a project supporting United Way of Greater Cincinnati and local families.

Now, who wouldn’t want this in their backyard?

🍦 A one-of-a-kind playhouse. A chance to make a difference for local families.

You’re invited to enter for a chance to win this custom-built Graeter's Ice Cream playhouse while supporting United Way of Greater Cincinnati.

Each raffle ticket helps connect families across our region to trusted resources and support.

🎟️ 1 ticket: $100 | 3 tickets: $250

Created in partnership with altafiber, built by Messer Construction Co. designed by Dewhaus and brought to life with the unmistakable spirit of Graeter’s, it’s a backyard dream with a bigger purpose.

Last week was a reminder of what makes this community so special.

Our Fun Beyond Paper Open House gives us a chance to open Evolution’s doors and bring together so many of the people who are part of what we do every day.

Clients who have trusted us for years. Vendor partners who help us bring ideas to life. Friends who continue to support us. New faces we had the chance to meet. And our Evolution team who put so much into making the day happen.

We talked a lot about the right ingredients for success leading up to the event, but the most important ingredient really was the people who showed up.

Thank you for spending the day with us. I hope you left with a new connection, a little inspiration, some fresh ideas and definitely a full belly.

It takes a community to make a day like this special.

I’m grateful for ours. 💜
