𝗜 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴

One of the things that changed my perspective about success was realizing that my children don’t just need what my income can provide.

They need 𝗺𝗲

They need the moments.

The conversations.

The school events.

The ordinary Tuesday afternoons.

The memories that don’t make it onto a résumé.

And that realization made me look differently at the way I was building my future.

Because what is the point of working so hard for a better life if you never have enough time to actually live it?

That question became part of my why.

I wanted to learn how to build something that could give me more flexibility.

Not because I stopped appreciating hard work.

But because I started appreciating time differently.

That’s what led me deeper into digital business and eventually to Violah Consulting.

I became passionate about learning the skills behind building an online business—marketing, content, automation, funnels, personal branding, mindset, and community.

And the more I learned, the more I thought:

“𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?”

Especially the people I know are working incredibly hard.

The mom trying to contribute financially while raising children.

The immigrant rebuilding from scratch.
The person exhausted from their 9–5.

The person who wants a second income stream but doesn't know where to start.

The person who has a dream but keeps saying, “Maybe next year.”

I created Violah Consulting because I want to help make that first step less confusing.

I don’t believe everyone needs to quit their job tomorrow.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Start small.

Build skills.

Understand the process.

Give yourself time to grow.

Because building a different future doesn't always begin with a dramatic leap.

That’s the future I’m passionate about helping people explore.

For a long time, many of us were taught to work hard, keep our heads down, collect a paycheck, and hope everything works out.

But what happens when you realize…

You want more time with your family.
You want more flexibility.
You want another source of income.
You want to build something that belongs to YOU.
You want a future that isn’t completely dependent on your next paycheck.

That’s when the questions start:

And I understand why those questions can feel overwhelming.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁. 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.

There was a time when I believed working harder was enough.

But life has a way of reminding us that jobs can change, circumstances can shift, and unexpected challenges can happen.

That's why I chose to invest in learning new skills and building something alongside my career.

Not because I had all the answers.

Because I wanted more choices for my family and more confidence in my future.

Sometimes we get so focused on the big goal that we forget to celebrate the progress we're making today.

Every skill you learn. Every book you read. Every conversation you have. Every decision to keep going...

It all adds up.

A year ago, I couldn't see how the small steps would lead to bigger opportunities. Today, I'm grateful I didn't quit when the progress felt slow.

If you're a busy mom, an immigrant, or someone working a 9–5 while dreaming of something more, don't underestimate the power of starting where you are.

You don't have to have everything figured out. You just need to take the next step.

I honestly couldn't believe how long I had been doing it the hard way.

I thought success meant working longer hours, sacrificing family time, and hoping my next paycheck would finally give me some breathing room.
