Jeff joined the team in May and brings a leadership philosophy centered around a simple belief:

"Excellent service is the standard, hospitality is the tailored act that creates the feeling of home."

As he settles into his new role, Jeff is focused on supporting the team, enhancing the guest experience, and continuing the tradition of hospitality excellence that guests, exhibitors, and visitors have come to expect at WEC Wilmington.
