Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Jennifer Wolfe, founder of It’s Permittable.

I’ve been in the construction industry for over 32 years, and I still get excited every time a challenging project lands on my desk.

My journey started in the sign industry, where I spent 14 years working my way through nearly every position before reaching leadership. During maternity leave with my three boys, I started helping colleagues obtain permits because they dreaded dealing with government agencies, regulations, and paperwork.

That little side project became It’s Permittable.

What I love most about this business is the adrenaline rush of solving problems, building lasting relationships with clients, and finding a way to get projects across the finish line.

Over the years, my passion expanded far beyond sign permits. I immersed myself in commercial construction management, then residential construction, learning the permitting requirements and construction processes for virtually every trade imaginable.

Today, our team handles permits for:
• Commercial construction
• Residential construction
• Signs & billboards
• EV chargers
• Lane closures
• Movie permits
• Dealerships, including fuel storage tanks, compressors, and oil systems
• Pools, fences, driveways, additions
