The fruit flies are going to hate us. 😂🍷

It’s that time of year in Virginia wine country. The weather is beautiful, the wine is flowing…and the fruit flies have arrived.

So we came up with a simple solution.

Meet The Crozet Melt. 🍎🧀 This is as local as it gets.

Praha Bakery bread, Our Lady of the Angels Monastery Gouda, and Chiles Orchard apple butter, all from right here in Crozet. We brush the outside with honey butter, grill it until golden and gooey, then finish it with a little flake sea salt for that perfect sweet and salty bite.

The Crozet Melt will be available this weekend, along with our regular Fallen Tree favorites like pizzas, sandwiches, and charcuterie.

The kitchen opens at 5 PM Friday and will be cooking all weekend.

Crozet made. Fallen Tree grilled. Damn good. 🍷🧀🍎

SATURDAY
🎸 Live Music | Ty Burkhardt | 2:30–5:30 — Wine, food, live music and a Saturday afternoon on the mountain.

SUNDAY
🎶 BONUS LIVE MUSIC | Paxton Henderson | 1–4
Because when Monday’s a holiday, there’s absolutely no reason for Sunday to be quiet.

OWNER TAKEOVER WEEKEND. 🍷 Our manager is off celebrating her birthday this weekend, which means the owners are running the place.

Yep. She left the keys & the owners are left unsupervised for an entire weekend. What could go wrong? 😂

We’re kicking things off Friday night with dinner, wine, and a Fallen Tree sunset 🌅🍷

Then Saturday, things really get going with food, live music, a full lawn, and whatever else happens when the owners are left unsupervised for an entire weekend.
