Write this down. Put it on your desk. Read it every single morning before your first conversation of the day.

The consultant who listens the most will always outsell the one who talks the most.
Always.

We spend so much time in this industry training people on what to say. The right words. The right pitch. The right way to present a home and build value and ask for the close.

And all of that matters. It truly does.

But none of it matters more than your ability to stop talking and actually hear what the person in front of you is telling you.

Because your buyer is giving you everything you need to close the deal. They are telling you their fears. Their hopes. Their budget. Their timeline. What they loved about the last place they saw. What they absolutely cannot live without.

They are handing you the roadmap to their yes.

But you cannot hear any of it if you are too busy filling the silence with your own voice.
