Starting something new can feel overwhelming when you think you have to figure out EVERYTHING by yourself.

The technology.
The tools.
The systems.
What to learn.
What to do next.

That’s one reason structure mattered so much to me.

Having training, tools, systems, guidance, mentorship and a supportive community already in place didn’t mean someone was going to build the business for me.

I still had to learn. I still had to show up. I still had to do the work.

But I didn’t have to figure out every step alone.

And there’s a big difference between building your own business and building it completely from scratch.

One of the greatest leadership lessons I ever learned didn't come from a classroom... it came from motherhood.

Motherhood has taught me patience on the days things don't go as planned.

It's taught me grace when I don't get everything right.

It's taught me to adapt when life changes unexpectedly.

And perhaps most importantly, it's taught me that leadership isn't about having all the answers.

It's about continuing to show up—with love, consistency, and a willingness to grow.

Looking back, those same lessons have shaped the way I lead in my career, in business, and in life.

Sometimes our greatest teachers aren't found in books.

They're found in the seasons we're living.

I wasn't born knowing how to be a nurse. I learned.
I wasn't born knowing how to build an online business. I learned that too.

Every new chapter starts with being willing to ask questions, learn new skills, and take the first step.

Sometimes stability can become so comfortable that we stop asking ourselves what’s next.

The job is going well.
The bills are getting paid.
Life feels predictable.

And without realizing it, we can stop learning, stretching, dreaming… growing.

There’s nothing wrong with enjoying a stable season. Just don’t let comfort convince you that you’ve arrived.

You can be grateful for where you are and still have the audacity to grow beyond it.
