Lakeside Land Development, LLC is currently seeking new construction project management and owner’s representative contract opportunities nationwide.
We are available for part-time or full-time engagements, with flexibility for remote, hybrid, or on-site support anywhere in the United States. Our services can range from full-scale project leadership to back-office and administrative support, including drawing review, change order management, payroll coordination, and related project controls.
Our experience spans the full spectrum of construction leadership — from hands-on field roles such as general labor, equipment operation, and foreman responsibilities, to serving as General Contractor, Senior Project Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Owner. We bring a combination of formal education and lifelong, practical construction experience, with the last five years focused in senior leadership positions.
Lakeside Land Development has extensive experience in general contracting, steel er****on, excavation, concrete, land development, and acquisitions, along with working knowledge across other trades including electrical, plumbing, siding, framing, and roofing.
Our project background includes everything from residential remodels to large-scale pharmaceutical, education, and transportation infrastructure projects, including airports and multi-billion-dollar developments.
