At this point, cost is not really a barrier to using AI for property managers. In our recent survey of 280 property managers, the median spend is $175/month.

For the operators using AI more heavily, it is between $300-$1000.

We’re inviting vendors with tools, services, and solutions that can help property management business owners operate more efficiently, strengthen their companies, and create more time freedom.
