We’re excited for the future of Iowa ACES 360 as they carry on the work and legacy of Prevent Child Abuse Iowa, and we’re proud to have been a part of the conversations that brought them together.
Nonprofit strategic partnership conversations are making a difference in Central Iowa!
Two long-standing partners, Iowa ACEs 360 and Prevent Child Abuse Iowa, are coming together to build a stronger future for Iowa children and families.
Beginning July 1, 2026, Prevent Child Abuse Iowa's mission and programming will transition under Iowa ACEs 360. The mission and legacy of Prevent Child Abuse Iowa will continue through Iowa ACEs 360, strengthening and expanding the work already underway across Iowa.
This transition brings together more than 65 years of experience supporting Iowa children, families, and communities.
It is also the result of an intentional planning process that began in fall 2025. Through months of exploration, discussion, and planning, both organizations identified an opportunity to create a stronger, more coordinated future for prevention work in Iowa.
This transition also comes during a time of significant change across Iowa's prevention landscape and nonprofit sector. By aligning efforts now, Iowa ACEs 360 will be better positioned to strengthen partnerships, support local communities, and sustain prevention efforts for years to come.
Preventing child abuse, reducing trauma, and advocating for the conditions that help families thrive remain central to this work.
Thank you to the communities, Prevention Councils, partners, and supporters who have shaped this work for decades. We look forward to continuing it together.
