Out in Alpine wrapping this one up.

Furnace, coil, and outdoor went in last week. Today we added a return air grill in the hall ceiling outside the master and a new return duct tied into the existing plenum, plus a new Ecobee.

Wrapping up in Alpine. New variable-speed inverter outdoor unit in.

Day 2 in an Alpine attic. New furnace, coil, and all-new ducting.

Portable AC is your best friend up there when it’s hot. Old furnace and that nasty fan motor were headed toward a fire.

Alpine. Replacement day.

This Premier furnace was on the recall. Flame escaping near the gas valve / heat exchanger, sitting on wood. Dirty furnace fan that also serves the AC.

Got it out of there before it caused trouble.

Happy Friday. Wrapping up this install in Chula Vista. 12:30. New Lennox 4-ton. Changed out the existing system.

Sticky out here today. Air’s moist. Already pumping condensation.

New EL297 furnace. New coil. Safety switch. Ecobee. Big 5-inch pleated filter.

Been trying to come up with a new slogan. Only one so far: When you think of AC, think Legacy. Let me know what you think.
