Our main office is located at this location and conveniently open 5 days per week. Alternative Storage - Elkhorn Road located at 1048 Elkhorn Road in Lake Geneva offers indoor, 24 hour drive up storage. Alternative Storage - Crest Drive located at 7187 Madaus Street in Lake Geneva offers indoor, 24 hour drive up storage and climate controlled storage units. People helping people. We love our Elkhorn community!

When NHS embarked on our One Herd Care Package Donation Drive, we didn’t know how many bags we’d be able to make. We simply knew that we wanted to make as many care packages as we could.

Enter Gabby from Alternative Storage…
Gabby showed up last week with 60 drawstring bags, 60 reusable water bottles, 60 lip balms, 60 emergency blankets, and 60 pairs of socks. 💜💛
These items are going to allow NHS to pack even more kits than we could have hoped for as we now have the essential bags and water bottles to hold the items in the packages.

Our organization is humbled and thankful for Gabby and Alternative Storage. Their donation is another example of the good that can be sparked when we work together!

We cannot wait to distribute the care packages throughout the community during Random Acts of Kindness Week!

Whew! What a MONDAY! 😥

Sometimes.. “stuff” happens. 🤬 Like your scheduled snow plow contractor bailing on you at 4am after a 12+ inch snow storm 😑👌🏼

We owe a HUGE, LOUD “Thank you for saving our a-🫢-🫢” to Matt and his crew at MJL LawnCare, our Geneva Auto Body manager, Don, our manager, Gabby’s, two sons, Gavin and Ashton, TJ (of Huff Auto Detailing) and our fearless leader, Troy, for coming to the rescue bright and early today - plowing the lots and shoveling in front of our 400+ units so our tenants were able to open their businesses and our storage tenants could access their units.

And thank you to our patient, loyal tenants for your understanding! 🙏🏼 We appreciate your patience and grace today more than you know!

“Stuff” happens .. but with a community like ours, we can take it in stride (right after a short panic attack 😆).
