November is looking delicious at Café Verona!

We’ve got new hours starting November 1, plus some tasty November specials to enjoy all month long. Stop by for an Egg Salad Sandwich for $5 or a Meatball Sub for $7, both served with chips and your choice of macaroni salad, potato salad, or coleslaw.
Monday–Sunday: 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Tuesday–Sunday: 5–9 p.m.

🎃 Trunk-or-Treat is coming to Villagio!

Join us at the Town Center on October 31 from 4–6 p.m. for decorated trunks, plenty of candy, a costume parade, snacks and beverages in the clubroom, and prizes for the best adult and child costumes!

Good Afternoon Villagio Residents,
Important Notice: Boil Water Advisory

We have been notified by Lee County Utilities of a 16-inch water main break on Corkscrew Road, approximately one mile from our community last night. As a result, a precautionary boil water notice has been issued.

As a precaution, please bring all water intended for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, making ice, and washing food to a rolling boil for at least one minute before use. Please continue to follow these precautions until further notice.

The boil water notice is until October 24, 2026.

We understand this situation may cause some inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation.

Big news for our Southwest Florida community! 🎉 The voter-approved $35 million bond issue officially secures the final piece of funding needed to acquire the 11.4-mile Friends of BERT - Bonita Estero Rail Trail corridor! 🚴‍♂️

🌳 As the project moves into the due diligence phase toward property closing this fall, future steps will include track removal and detailed community design planning. The complete multi-use path will eventually link our local residential neighborhoods to nature parks, dining, and shopping at hubs like Coconut Point. Read our article - link in the comments.
