In 2009 we purchased Menke-Hoyer Auction & Realty Co., Inc. of New London, Iowa to dramatically expand our auction services. Partners Dan Fraise, Corey & Carrie Fraise & Tami Stuekerjuergen run the business with offices in both Fort Madison and New London, Iowa. We offer private listing services in our offices in Fort Madison & New London area – and cover the surrounding areas extensively. We have excellent Realtors & Brokers in both offices who serve Iowa, Illinois and Missouri. We have Commercial & Agricultural Specialists. Dan Fraise and Corey Fraise have extensive sales experience with commercial property and land development as well as farming and livestock operations. They also have a large network of farm owners and operators as a resource for those interested in land purchases or sales. We sell land privately as well as at public auction.
