Referrals R Us Chapter of BNI A group of professionals who help each other grow through the BNI® core value - Givers Gain®. We’re much more than a ‘networking meeting on Wednesday mornings.

Referrals R Us is a group of local business professionals who meet weekly to help each other grow our businesses through a commitment to the BNI® principal core value, Givers Gain ®. Our Chapter is one of the oldest and longest established chapters in the BNI SWONKY region with its inception dating back to 1998. Since our humble beginnings with a handful of members we have grown to 26 business professionals who meet weekly and have a genuine interest in each other's growth and success. We have celebrated successes, lifted each other up in times of loss and sustained businesses and families during economic downturn. We’re an extension of family and we like to have fun so while we’re efficient and stay on task, there’s always a sense of folly in the air while we get down to business which has resulted in more than $3.3 million in business being passed over the past 12 months. We meet weekly from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. every Wednesday at Huff Realty - Ft. Mitchell - 334 Beechwood Rd. Fort Mitchell, KY 41017.

BNI MEMBER SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK: AUSTIN FRAZIER

Insurance can feel like another language. Austin’s job is to make sure you never need a translator. 😄

Meet Austin Frazier, Licensed Insurance Agent with HealthMarkets Insurance Agency and one of our Referrals R Us members!

Born and raised in a small Kentucky town, Austin grew up with a love for sports, the outdoors, hard work, and connecting with people. Those values eventually led him to insurance, where his focus is much bigger than selling a policy. He wants to be someone his clients know, trust, and can call when they need guidance.

Austin helps individuals, families, and businesses navigate health insurance, Medicare, small group, life, and supplemental insurance. His goal is to take something that can feel complicated and frustrating and make it easier to understand.

🎯 WHO SHOULD WE INTRODUCE TO AUSTIN?

Listen for someone saying:

“I have no idea which insurance option is right for me.”

That’s Austin’s person. He loves helping people who want someone they can trust to explain their options, answer their questions, and help take care of their family. As Austin puts it, “We’re on the same team.”

And he’s off to a pretty impressive start. Austin has been a business owner for only 8 months and was already recognized as Territory Rookie of the Month in March!

Here’s something you might not guess: Austin loves yoga and meditation. It helps him slow down, reset, and find some inner peace. Which, come to think of it, may be the perfect training for explaining insurance. 😂

Today we’re celebrating our Financial Advisor, Visitor Host, new dad, and loyal Bengals fan, Elijah Carmean with Edward Jones!

Elijah spends his days helping people plan for their future, welcoming visitors to Referrals R Us, and now mastering his newest investment strategy… diapers, bottles, and hoping for a little sleep! 😂

Between cheering for the Bengals and cheering on baby Beckham, we think this may be Elijah’s most exciting season yet. ❤️

Meet Chad Coley, the newest member of our BNI Referrals R Us family and the owner of Lawn Doctor of Northern Kentucky!

Chad is the guy you call when you want a lawn that makes the neighbors wonder, “Okay… what are THEY doing over there?” 😎

From fertilization and w**d control to aeration, power seeding, grub control, and mosquito, flea & tick treatments, Chad helps Northern Kentucky homeowners and businesses create healthier, better-looking lawns without spending every weekend trying to figure it out themselves.
